The highlight of this holiday will be a visit to the heartland where Lilium rhodopeum is endemic. The colony we will be visiting has benefited from conservation work over an extensive period and provides the best opportunity to see this wonderful lily in the wild.

Frank Kirwan has invited Lily Group members to visit his 2 acre woodland garden Humbie Dean in East Lothian. Frank grows a range of martagons & other turkscap lilies in a beautiful setting. He suggests you contact him to arrange a private visit on a day when the garden is not open to the public. There is a £5 p.p. donation to charity
